Weiss is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Strategic
Planning Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is also consulting

retired from the Chase Manhattan Bank on June 30, 1990. He was
with Chase Manhattan from 1975 until retirement and served as

and Development Department reporting directly to the Chairman

the planning processes of the bank, development of new business
ventures, internal acquisitions and divestments and managing
a central group of management scientists that provided services

the General Electric Company. From 1952-1961 he served in the
aircraft jet engine business in various marketing and project
management functions.
In
1961 he transferred to Defense Electronics focusing on new business
development and the application of advanced electronic technology
to commercial applications. In 1964 he joined the GE Corporate
Planning function and was concerned primarily with the corporate
planning process and the development of new business opportunities.
Mr.
Weiss has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia
University, New York, New York and a Bachelor of Mechanical
Engineering degree from New York University, New York, New York.

also worked for Aramco’s Trans Arabian Pipeline Company and

General Electric, Mr. Ziady successfully established local sales
and service offices, assigned sales agents throughout the area,
formed consortium partnerships, and helped establish General
Electric as the number one company generating over two billion
dollars in sales.
He
has provided sales and marketing support for a variety of product
lines including power systems, gas and steam turbines, medical
systems, mobile communications, locomotives, aircraft engines
and aerospace products.
In
performing his duties, Mr. Ziady has resided in the U.S., Saudi
Arabia, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Germany, Lebanon and Dubai.
Mr.
Ziady is a graduate of the University of Louisville, Louisville,
Kentucky with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
