Mr. Romeo is the President and CEO of New Horizon
International Consulting, Inc., CEO of MyFundingSource.com, and
a Vice President of Advanced Interaction Management. In each of
these endeavors, Mr. Romeo’s contribution to these organizations
is related to utilizing proprietary analytical techniques designed
to assist clients in evaluating their past and planning their future.
Mr. Romeo specializes in assisting
companies to accelerate their growth through strategic and contingency
planning, sales and marketing analysis, and executive decision-making
fostering the creation of international business.
Mr. Romeo is the creator of the HISTOB-PEP2™
analytical model for evaluating organizations. He has used this
comprehensive, socioeconomic business model to evaluate entire
organizations as well as divisions or departments within companies.
He has also developed Decision Making 20/20™ which is used to
help businesses make critical decisions based upon data gathered
and analyzed using HISTOB-PEP2™.
Mr. Romeo is a member of the Institute
of Management Consultants, and is presently serving his fourth
term on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Chapter. He is
also a member of the Governor’s Strategic Partnership for Economic
Development High Tech Committee and serves as a Senior consultant
with the City of Phoenix. In addition, he is a Senior consultant
with the State of Arizona responsible for the evaluation of programs
developed and administered by state government.
He is the author of “For Sale: Ocean
Front Property in Arizona – A Sales and Marketing Program for
Customer Service”. Mr. Romeo has a Masters degree in Organizational
Management, University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona, a Bachelor
of Science degree in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Education, Fairmont State College, Fairmont, West Virginia.
