The Institute for
Collaborative Alliances was formed in 1999 for the purpose of
addressing the low rate of success among domestic and global
alliances.
The core principals
of ICA have lived, worked, or have experience in 70 countries.
They have consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies, as
well as in various foreign corporations. As a result of their
work experience, they have also developed an extensive network
of associates (foreign and domestic) who bring a wide variety
of skills and experiences to the corporate world.
